Can I see the paving before ordering?
Yes, you can order a free sample by clicking here! Our samples are sent out in the post and will fit through any normal letterbox. Free samples are limited to 2 per person however if you would like more give us a call and we can arrange this for you.
We also have a large display area at Church Farm, SY13 2AU that you are welcome to visit at any time Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30. Out of hours viewings can also be arranged should you require.
Do you split packs?
Yes, we do split packs on most of the products that we offer. If you would like a quote on a split pack, give us a call on 01948 840428 or drop us an email stoneforlessltd@gmail.com. Let us know the product, quantity required, and your postcode and we will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible!
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For orders going out for delivery the minimum quantity that we can offer is 10 pieces. This is down to the pallet not being heavy enough to safely travel on the delivery vehicles if they are 150kg or less. However, you are welcome to collect from our yard at SY13 2AU if you require fewer than 10 pieces.
What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return your order please inform us of this via email at stoneforlessltd@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. The costs of delivering them to yourself and returning them to us would be deducted from the refund amount due to the high delivery costs involved in our industry.
We can then arrange for the paving to be collected (as long as it is secure to the pallet and safe to travel similar to the way that it arrived) on a day that suits you. Once this has been confirmed we will issue the refund which should reach your account within 48 hours.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Our deliveries are packaged extremely well and we take every precaution possible to make sure that deliveries arrive with our customers in perfect condition. It is a rare occurrence for us however as in any industry, damage in transit can occasionally occur. Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes, we offer trade discounts for almost all of the products shown on our website. To get set up as a trade customer and receive a discounted trade price list, please email stoneforlessltd@gmail.com or give us a call on 01948 840428.
Our director Sam will be on hand 7 days a week to assist you with any upcoming projects.
How long does delivery take?
Once an order has been placed we will contact you promptly to arrange the delivery. If delivery is needed asap, feel free to give us a call to arrange delivery once you have placed an order if you would like it to be dispatched the same day. Cut off for orders being dispatched the same day that the order is placed is 10 AM. A delivery day that suits you will be agreed when we initially call to arrange the delivery.
Once the order has been dispatched delivery is 2 working days. So, for example an order that has been placed at 9 AM on a Monday morning would arrive on Wednesday the same week.
We also offer next day, timed (AM or PM) as well as weekend deliveries, however this does come at an extra charge. Please get in touch for a quote if you require any of these additional options.
Is Delivery free?
Delivery is included on all of our packs to the vast majority of UK postcodes. There are some postcodes, for example the Scottish highlands that carry a surcharge. For more information on this please get in touch for a quote or visit the delivery information section on this website.
Can I collect?
Collection from our yard at Church Farm, SY13 2AU is welcome. If you know what you would like to collect we advise informing us before you arrive to avoid any disappointment due to stock levels and a smoother collection process.
