TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please be aware that the industry standard is to order 10% extra to allow for cuts and breakages when laying as well as a few potential breakages in transit.
It is a requirement of all delivery companies within our industry (as well as most others) that there is somebody around at the property over the age of 18 to accept and sign for deliveries. We understand that it is not always possible for the purchaser themselves to be present therefore we allow any neighbors, tradesmen, or friends to accept deliveries on your behalf.
On delivery we recommend taking a minute or two to inspect the stone to check for any potential breakages. If you spot any potential breakages, please sign for the delivery as damaged.
When you unpack the crate if more than 10% of the order is unusable then please take pictures of the broken slabs and email to [email protected]. Please make sure that this email is sent within 3 days of the goods arriving. This way we will be able to open an insurance claim with the delivery company and where necessary, get replacements sent out to you the next day. Please be aware we can not replace anything that falls within the industry standard of 10% of your order.
Returns:
If for any reason you change your mind on the product or it is no longer needed then please let us know as soon as possible. We do accept returns however due to transport costs, the price of collection and redelivery to the seller this amount will be deducted from your final refund. All returns must be secured to the pallet and safe for transport.
